18 November 2020 – Agrobiotechnology Talk Series (1) From Crop to Flavour

Agrobiotechnology Talk Series aims to promote agrobiotechnology and enhance understanding of the potential applications of agricultural products. The target audience includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public.

Delivered by Dr Joanna Chen former Group Chief R&D and Quality Officer of Vitasoy International Holdings Limited, on November 18 2020, ‘From Crop to Flavour’ is the first of the series introducing how crops are turned into flavourful meals, flavouring components and tasty/aromatic processed foods and drinks full of pleasing flavour surprises. The talk, delivered by both online and offline, was well received by nearly 100 participants worldwide.
