Two sections of student enrichment talk were organized on 18 September (Chinese) and 25 September (English) in zoom. Center Director Prof. Hon-Ming Lam has delivered a mini lecture to near 500 students from 18 participating schools on the theme “Food Security and Climate Change”. The interactive workshop has deepened the students’ understandings on the relationship between poverty, food security and climate change, while at the same time provided them new perspectives on how STEAM elements play their roles in face of the challenge.
